One to one counselling

A space just for you

Individual therapy gives you the chance to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, private space—somewhere you can be truly heard, without judgment or pressure.

You might be coming to therapy with something specific in mind, or you might simply know that things don’t feel right. You may be coping outwardly but struggling inside. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore whatever you’re carrying and begin to make sense of it—at your pace, in your way.

Talking to a trained counsellor is different from speaking to a friend or family member. I’m here to listen with empathy, clarity, and care—without becoming overwhelmed or offering quick fixes. This allows you the space to reflect, express yourself freely, and move toward emotional clarity.

Everything you share is treated with strict confidentiality, in line with the ethical standards set out by the BACP, of which I am a registered member. Unless there’s a serious risk of harm, what we discuss stays between us.

Individual therapy can be the first step toward feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
